Oral contributions will have a duration of 20 min. plus 5 min. for questions. Presenting authors should contact the chairpersons of their session in advance of the start of their session to signal their presence. They also are requested to familiarize themselves with the controls of the projection system and place their presentations in the appropriate folder BEFORE the start of the session.

Posters will be viewed during Poster Sessions, scheduled in the afternoon, at which the authors are requested to be present for questions and discussion. Depending on the number of posters submitted and on the space available, the posters will remain on display during the entire conference week or not.

The recommended format for posters is ISO A0 portrait (0.84 m x 1.19 m). Material to affix the posters will be provided.

The official language of the conference will be English.
